Kansas School Library Media Month, April 2006
Students created Public Service Announcements to be aired on our KAW Update this month. The winners received a $50 savings bond or a gift certificate from an area restaurant. The contest was open to PLHS students.
We also had the students vote on their favorite book for the 2005-2006 school year, had drawings daily for prizes, and have a bulletin board display for students/staff to post their messages about how the library or books have "Changed their World". At the end of the month, one name will be drawn to win a $20 gift card to an area book store.
